J. Peter Pham ranked among 35 most influential people in US-Africa relations

An Africell Board member has been ranked among most influential people in US-Africa relations. Ambassador J. Peter Pham, who is an Africell Group non-executive director, was US special envoy to the Sahel and Great lakes regions of Africa and a leading scholar at the Atlantic Council's Africa Center.
