ABOUT KINOYETU
KinoYetu means “our cinema.” The organisation’s name reflects its mission: to develop initiatives that reaffirm the importance of national cinema while promoting the creation of new artistic languages within Angola’s cultural and cinematographic landscape.
Its values are rooted in artistic appreciation, social transformation, and the development of a new cycle of cultural production. Its practice is creative, forward-looking, and deeply engaged with both the present and the future.
KinoYetu is an invitation to new possibilities.
